Hi! I started group last week (Anxiety)and I am looking forward to going to classed and hopefully learning some new tools that will help me and you. We need to help each other out pass things on that work for us or just be their so that we now the person on the other side of the screen just gets it!! This recently happen for me and it was so great knowing that someone got it. It can be hard to talk to others about what is going on the our minds. It my be from embarrassment,lack of knowledge,fear,being scared what will they think and so on. May be this is a good place to start.
