In over your head.
So I have been taking class's trying to learn more about mental health and how the way we think effect's us mind and body. Today is my day for feeling in over my Head thoughts. What do we do with the information, how can I use it to help grow myself and others. So instead of thinking I not smart or good enough at writing I am just doing it. Putting my thoughts into words is new form me. I had a conversation with a friend and he said life is not a dress rehearsal, so I am thinking that's so true when I wake up tomorrow today will be over and I will not get it back no what if's, should haves, or buts will get it back. I truly do not want to be 87 years old thinking about why did not just do it today. So today I have a challenge for you, tell me today how you let the feeling of being in over your head just be that a feeling and how did you leave it and do the what if, should have, wish I could and buts and just did it?
